These laws provide limited immunity for underage individuals who seek assistance or help from law enforcement or emergency services in response to an alcohol-related emergency situation.
Many teens refrain from reaching out for help for fear of the consequences of underage drinking violations. Sadly, this inability to garner the attention needed in this life or death situation can be fatal. Aware Awake Alive strongly believes that this type of legislation can remove the fear a teen may have in calling for help. One simple phone call can save a life.

Follow these Steps to Help Pass Legislation in Your State
